1. What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a structured and goal-oriented approach that assists clients in achieving personal and professional growth.
A life coach offers a client guidance and support in identifying goals and finding solutions; keeps a client accountable and motivated to follow through on plans; and gives honest and objective feedback to aid the client’s growth process.
2. How do I know if I will benefit from life coaching?

3. How soon will I notice change?
Depending on the complexity of the clients’ goals and changes they would like to make, as well as their commitment, some improvements may be noticed fairly quickly while others may take longer.
Remember, however, development and growth are life-long processes!
4. Is life coaching the same as therapy?
Life coaching is not therapy. Therapy focuses on helping clients to process difficult emotions, heal from past traumas and deal with mental health challenges.
Life coaching, on the other hand, focuses on the present and the future and helps clients to identify what they need to grow, and create plans to achieve such growth.
5. What is teen life coaching?
Teen life coaching focuses on identifying and developing strengths and talents, strengthening of self-esteem and self-confidence, developing social skills and enhancing interpersonal relationships, identifying emotional triggers and sources of stress, developing resilience and acquiring stress management strategies and techniques, as well as providing school and professional guidance.
