Life Coaching
Life coaching is a structured and goal-oriented approach that assists clients in achieving personal and professional growth.
A life coach works with a client to:
Clarify
Clarify presenting problems, personal and professional concerns and needs.
Create
Create an action plan to move forward and achieve goals.
Identify
Identify or refocus personal, relationship, career or health goals.
A life coach therefore offers a client guidance and support in identifying goals and finding solutions. A life coach also keeps a client accountable and motivated to follow through on plans. A life coach furthermore gives honest and objective feedback to aid the client’s growth process.
Emphasizing the client’s existing skills and talents, and working from the principle that humans have all the internal resources they need to live fulfilled lives, a life coach’s focus is on helping the client overcome obstacles and achieve optimal growth in various areas of life.
Depending on the complexity of the goals and the changes the client would like to make, as well as their commitment, some improvements may be noticed fairly quickly while others may take longer.

Teen life coaching
Adolescence is marked by significant physical and emotional changes and can be a challenging time to navigate. Faced with peer pressure and the need to fit in, while having to make choices that will significantly impact the future, teens may often feel anxious and overwhelmed.
Teen life coaching focuses on identifying and developing strengths and talents, strengthening self-esteem and self-confidence, developing social skills and enhancing interpersonal relationships, identifying emotional triggers and sources of stress, developing resilience and acquiring stress management strategies and techniques, as well as providing school and professional guidance.

The life coaching process and available packages
The process starts with a complimentary 10-minute introductory session with your life coach. Thereafter, the following options are available:
• Option A: four 45-minute one-on-one weekly coaching sessions, with a final check-in 30 days after the last session to review progress.
• Option B: six 45-minute one-on-one weekly coaching sessions, with a final check-in 30 days after the last session to review progress.
• Option C: eight 45-minute one-on-one weekly coaching sessions, with a final check-in 30 days after the last session to review progress.
Coaching sessions are conducted online via various platforms.
